Refuse Collection and Recycling

Please place your rubbish on the curb Tuesday morning before 7:00 AM. It is very important to secure your bags and containers to prevent items from decorating the neighborhood and ponds!

Recycling materials will also be picked up at the same time and the following items can be placed in the blue recycling bags:

Aluminum Cans - Rinse and crush.        Steel Cans - Rinse.
Glass Bottles and Jars - Rinse, remove lids and neck rings.
Plastics #1 and #2 - Remove lids/neck rings, rinse and crush.
Newspapers - Separate brown paper bag or bundle with twine.

Yard waste can also be recycled by placing items in the paper yard waste bags and leaving them on the curb with your rubbish from the third full week in April through the third full week in November each year.

If you would like to dispose of used oil and/or antifreeze, please take it to the North Ridgeville Service Garage at 35010 Bainbridge Rd.

NOTE: If any of the following days fall on a Monday or Tuesday, pick up will be delayed 24 hours: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
