Annual Dues

Tree Lawn Tree Ordinance
UPDATE: The Landscape Committee will be meeting with the City next week regarding which types of trees will be allowed in tree lawns. No action should be taken by homeowners until we get City approval.
We are gathering bids re: obtaining trees in bulk, including installation, OUPS utility checks and a one-year guarantee. We need to hear from you regarding your interest in obtaining and caring for a new tree. How much would you be willing to pay per tree? Bids so far average $150 to $180 per tree. Please contact MLHOAB@MAC.COM, to advise of your interest in bulk purchase or to let him know you want to do your own individually. |
