Sexual Predator Amendment Vote

Barnett Management is awaiting your return ballot regarding the proposed Sexual Predator Amendment. Affirmative votes from 75% of the total homeowners are required to approve the change. If you have misplaced the form you can print another from the link at the top right of each page at www.meadowlakeshoa.com. We need to hear from you regardless of which choice you make. Tree Lawn Tree Ordinance

The Landscape Committee is working in concert with the City of North Ridgeville to develop our Tree Lawn Master Plan now that trees can once again be planted on tree lawns in the City. See the Landscape Committee status report on their web page for the most recent developments. The types of trees that will be allowed are under review. No action should be taken by homeowners until we get City approval.

We are gathering bids re: obtaining trees in bulk, including installation, OUPS utility checks and a one-year guarantee. We need to hear from you regarding your interest in obtaining and caring for a new tree. How much would you be willing to pay per tree? Bids so far average $150 to $180 per tree. Please contact Committee Chairman, Al Cooney,  to advise him of your interest in bulk purchase or to let him know you want to do your own individually.
