The status of the fountains are as follows, of 14 current fountains in Meadow Lakes, 5 were not working to start the 2008 summer season (2 on the South Side of Barres, and 3 on the North.)

All of the pumps and floats were removed, cleaned, serviced, and stored over the winter months, however the breakers, the power wires and the electric meters did not hold up so well under the cold winter conditions.  The electric company came out on 5/15 and made 2 repairs to the 2 meters on the South side of Barres, which made the fountain on the corner of Meadow Lakes Blvd and Barres operational.

The southern fountain behind Overlook will require some additional work by the Association's electrician, which will leave this fountain unit inoperable, and as of yet I have no proposed date of completion but I plan on getting this fountain back on as soon as I possibly can. 

The 3 fountains on the North side required some parts which had to be installed, such as breakers and quick disconnects (waterproof plugs) which will hopefully be completed the week of May 19th weather permitting.  Then hopefully we have the rest of the summer without a breakdown!
