Mission: To review the Covenants and provide the Board of Trustees with suggestions regarding implementation and modification.
Meeting Schedule: Meeting held on 03/06/08.
Topics Discussed:
- Penalty assessment procedure (implementation suggestion no. 1) – reviewed preliminary assessment amounts and procedures prepared after previous meeting, had various discussions, and made changes as needed.
- Discussed City Regulations as they apply to Pools, Fences and Sheds.
- Discussed preparation of Rules Handbook (implementation suggestion no. 2) to eventually be placed on website and distributed to homeowners.
- A vendor was identified where residents can find replacement parts to match their exterior lighting (light post heads and sensors, front porch light, and exterior garage lights.) It was recommended that this information be published in Spring 2008 HOA newsletter.
Result: The Penalty assessment procedure is almost ready to give to Board of Trustees. Next project is preparation of Rules Handbook.
